1. How does a session work?

All sessions are held online via video call. Together, we explore your current needs and work with them in a space of listening and acceptance — without judgement, as each person’s process is unique.

In Flower Essence Therapy, I identify which Bach remedies can offer the emotional support you need. Through Numerology, we understand the moment you’re living, while with the Dowsing Table, we identify and harmonise subtle energetic imbalances.

Sessions usually last between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the therapy. Flower Essence Therapy sessions typically take 1 to 1.5 hours, while Numerology or Dowsing Table sessions can last up to 2 hours, due to the depth of analysis.

At the end of each session:

• In Flower Essence Therapy, you receive your personalised blend to be prepared.

• In Numerology, you receive a recording and your chart document, depending on the option you chose.

• In Dowsing Table sessions, you receive a recording (if you wish) and a detailed PDF report.

2. How much do sessions cost?

Session fees can be found on each individual service page.

3. How long does the process last?

For Flower Essence Therapy, I recommend at least three months of treatment, including one follow-up session. This allows time for you to experience the therapy and my approach, and then decide whether to continue with the same focus, explore new themes, or conclude the process. If you wish to continue longer, we can adjust both the frequency and financial terms to best suit your needs.

For Numerology and Dowsing Table sessions, a single session is usually sufficient, with the option to book additional sessions whenever you wish to explore new questions or situations.

4. Who can benefit from these therapies?

I work with people of all ages — including children, teenagers, and adults. These therapies are suitable for anyone seeking self-knowledge, emotional balance, or support through life’s challenges.
